The frozen goods probe (TC type T) is primarily used for measuring the core temperature of frozen food. Thanks to a special handle and its helical tip, it can be screwed directly into frozen food without the need for pre-drilling. 1 x frozen goods probe (TC type T) for screw-in use without pre-drilling, including plug-in cable (cable length 1.7 m). The frozen goods probe (with an appropriate measuring instrument) enables core temperatures to be measured in frozen food.
